The Gilda’s Club Westchester breast cancer support group and social worker Christine Paletta were an invaluable lifeline to me while I was going through cancer treatment during the pandemic. I truly don’t know how I would have made it through without the friends I made and the support I received through Gilda’s. I continue to participate in the support group, finding I need it almost as much today as I did during active treatment. Now that the Westchester Clubhouse has re-opened I look forward to joining some in-person events. I’m so grateful to Gilda’s Club Westchester!
